Open Question: What is my First Cousin Once Removed's Child to me?

To explain, My Dad's Cousin recently found a wife in Columbia, and he got married, unknown to our family. I'm from Massachusetts, as is our family, but that doesn't matter. Anyway, his Columbian Wife is now Pregnant with his child. If he is my First Cousin Once Removed, what is his child to me? @Mary: I don't really know what the rest of my family calls him, I just call him Cousin Jim/Jimmy.. But I looked at a few of those cousin charts and I think it was First Cousin Once Removed, but Second Cousin is a proper term as well, I think.
